Overhaul your IT with ZERO downtime! Here’s how we do it:
1 – Migration preparation
As soon as we get the go ahead we gather a list of all staff and learner accounts, obtain the required details from your domain name provider and agree the range of features you will use from the Google Apps suite.
2 – Account setup
Before the switch over we set everything up on Google’s side including all the user accounts and passwords, prepare to map your domain name and enable the required services.
3 – Switch over
Usually at the end of a work day or the weekend we will make the switch with your domain name provider to tell it to start routing your emails etc through Google’s servers. When you arrive back in the office you can start using your new Google Apps setup straight away.
4 – Go-live!
To complete the migration we either provide instructions for your staff, or visit you and setup people’s Microsoft Outlook, phones, iPads etc to access the new range of services.
5 – Extended setup
If you requested all of your existing documents etc to be migrated to Google Docs we’ll take care of this while you explore the new features and services now available to you.
6 – Training & Support
Finally we will deliver either our standard “Getting the most out of Google Apps” training to your organisation or a bespoke delivery accompanied by full documentation and user help guides.
